Description

Issue:
TPMS have problem in add new MATRADE activity in Planning Module. The system do not allow to 'Save as Draft' and show message "The deadline for submmiting Annual Work Programs has ended". But deadline set in KPI SETTING still not passed.

Date line is compared with event's end date. Need to change to today's date.

Issue:
Cannot save Program as draft. Got error "The deadline for submitting Annual Work Programs has ended".

Cause:
Code compare dateline with Program end date. Should compare with today's day.

Solution:
Update code to dateline compare with today's day.

Test scenario:
1. Access Planning > KPI setting.
2. Edit year 2017. Make sure dateline is in 2016.
3. Access Planning > Activities List > Add Activity.
4. Fill in mandatory field and set date as 2017.
5. Click 'Save as Draft'.

Expected result:
1. Program can be saved as draft
2. Program with status draft can be search and edit again as draft.

Dear Najmi,
Issue re-open and below is the feedback from user.

Ms. Ayu,

I have retest but the activity can be save as draft and view it back.

But I found the "Activity Type" do not have drop down to select Adhoc. Before this, the list will display Annual Work Program or Adhoc.

Kindly assist to fix.

"Activity Type" was hardcoded as readonly. Already enabled "Activity Type" for create new event and disabled "Activity Type" for edit event.
