Please help to check on 1 successful instance transfer but reflected unsuccesssful in BVMC report.
Below are the details:

Actually there are 2 transaction, first transaction is the successfully sent to phoenix but failed to log into database. Second transaction is the insufficient fund, and will not send to phoenix for this transaction. Therefore the problem is not the second unsuccessful transaction. Is the first transaction why did not log into database. But after checked the log, did not found any error log into database for the first transaction. Therefore, we requested KFH to implement the logger enhancement first, only can know the proper root cause.
First Transaction (Successful sent to phoenix, but failed to log into database)
