Description

I would like to report bug that some sales feedback value for company listed below is not saved.

Environment : TPMSSSO
Browser : Firefox 47, Chrome 51
Event Name : MIHAS 2016

Company record affected :

1. NQ GROUP ENTERPRISE (Malaysia Company) : Cant add sales record for day 2. Day 1,3, and 4 can add / delete sales record.
2. HOT DOG BOOTH (Foreign Company) : Cant add sales record for day 4. Day 1- 3 can add/ delete record.


Below is step by step for NQ group.

1.Login to TPMS.
2. Post Event > Programme . Choose MIHAS 2016 by click "Feedback"
3. Click "List by Company".
4. Search for Malaysian company "NQ GROUP ENTERPRISE ".
5. Edit day 2 feedback
6. Popup to add feedback is displayed. go to sales feedback section
7. proceed to key in value by clicking "+"
8. System will show the value is saved at feedback form.
9. Proceed to save the feedback from by clicking "Submit" at bottom of page.
10. System prompt "save successful"
11. Go back to day 2 feedback form to check if the sales is saved but there are no sales record.

Issue:
IBM feedback cannot submit for some companies.

Cause:
Based on information from MATRADE DBA, Azran, TPMS created multiple feedback for the issued company and cause the submitted feedback failed to load.

Solution:
Suspected user may click submit multiple times and cause multiple submission. Added loading overlay to prevent multiple feedback submission.

Test scenario:
  1. Access Post Event > Programme.
  2. Search IBM event. ie INTERNATIONAL SOURCING PROGRAMME IN CONJUNCTION WITH MIHAS 2016
  3. Access List by Company.
  4. Select a company. Preferable feedback with status 'NOT SENT'
  5. Edit company sales and submit feedback. Click Submit button multiple times.
  6. Edit or View the same company again and check the sales.

Expected result, sales viewed should be the same with sales keyed in before. Also, check audit trail at the bottom page to make sure it show the correct activity, user and time.

After deleting duplication data, feedback for NQ GROUP ENTERPRISE. feedback can be keyed in.
