We have received call from customer where customer failed to login due to security question appeared different from what they have set earlier.

The question appeared was incorrect:

Root Cause:
The security question is from cache. Therefore, the next day customer did not get the wrong security question anymore.
Solution:
To get the security questions from database instead of cache.
