[TPMS_GL033] - Unable to display list of event (iframe) in MATRADE's website.

Inteksoft Case ID : TPMS/16-0033
We have been experiencing problem with TPMS to display list of event in MATRADE's website for 2 days in a row. The page:
http://www.matrade.gov.my/en/malaysian-exporters/services-for-exporters/export-promotion/international-trade-events/135-trade-fair
failed to load list of event. Upon checking by operation team, the server was hanged and needs to be restarted (both server app02 and web02).
Please help to rectify the issue to prevent the same problem to reoccur. Please refer attachment.

Information on 04/08/2016:
Accessing directly to production application server, http://172.25.96.133:8080/matrade-tpms/publicityActivityList and http://172.25.96.134:8080/matrade-tpms/publicityActivityList , has no problem. But when accessing using public URL, http://tpms.matrade.gov.my/matrade-tpms/publicityActivityList , the problem occurred.
Currently, Zharif from MATRADE Security Operation Unit , is investigating on the URL setting. Suspected it may disabled from public.

Information on 05/08/2016:
Accessing directly to production application server, http://172.25.96.134:8080/matrade-tpms/publicityActivityList, and tomcat manager via web browser has problem. Still unable to determine the root cause.

Issue:
TPMS Production App server 02 stop working.
Cause:
Both App server 01 and 02 has a backup program running. However on app server 02, the backup program causing server to stop working starting 02/08/2016.
Solution:
Last response given by IT MATRADE, backup program on app server 02 was stopped by admin and app server 02 can run without freezing. Further action by MATRADE is unknown because there are no response email

The issue at TPMS Production App Server 02 has been extended to our vendor. Temporary solution has been identified but still under testing environment. You may close this issue for the time being. Should the problem arise in the future, we will log a new report for it. Thanks.
