Customer unable to new instant transfer due to session expired. Timestamp: 08082016 0940 am - 1000 am However he able to perform fav instant transfer as below (attached):

Can help look into this? The error occurred when click Next (Details > Confirm)
I suspect maybe org.hibernate.exception.LockAcquisitionException but how to solve this
as it is intermittent.

This issue happen because the payment type is null and some of them is the session issue. In order to solve the payment type is null problem, agrobank need to run below query in production to default a payment type for existing favorite records. By updated the payment type, most of the session expired issue in instant transfer will be solve.
update IB_INTERBANK_ACCOUNTS set PAYMENT_TYPE=0 where PAYMENT_TYPE is null;
update BIB_INTERBANK_ACCOUNTS set PAYMENT_TYPE=0 where PAYMENT_TYPE is null;
For session issue, still waiting for the IBM websphere license to renew only can log to IBM support.
