Kindly attend below request.
There were 2 unsuccessful IBG OFI case dated 17/09/2016. These transaction reflected in Phoenix report but not reflected in BVMC Report. Customer's account already debited but fund are not transfer out. Kindly find the details as per below and revert accordingly. From our investigation. We found phoenix respone at esb log for reported transaction is return late. More than 5 minutes. Because of session expired, IB system set affected transaction as failed/unsuccessful. Please refer below log for details
