Description
Hi Chee Onn,
There is two bug reported:
1. LHDN File Upload – Failed to display the correct error message for Deduction Year field and Deduction Month field.
2. LHDN Transfer History does not display function to download the uploaded file.
Also attached is file that i've been use on testing for your perusal

Hi Erni,
For case number 1, according to your previous email, 0 or space will be consider as empty and if 0 year sure will validate not in year 1995 until current year +1. This same as for month.
For case 2, there will no download function for initiator and single user. Since they are the one who upload the file.
No bug to fix.

Hi Chee Onn,
1. For case number one, customer want only one error message to be displayed("Invalid Deduction Year/Invalid Deduction Month") when enter 0 year/month to this field (Deduction Year/Deduction Month). Current system display two error message for enter 0 year/month to this field(Invalid Deduction Year/Month and Deduction Year/Month is Required). Kindly fix this to meets the customer requirement.
2. For case number two, task has been assigned to Kah Yan.

Hi Erni,
The correct validation should be is required only. I found that your file LHDN - BlankDeductionYear wrongly edit it. Please refer below in bold for the year field.
