- Status changed from New - Begin Life Cycle to Pending Customer Feedback
The 1st transaction is unsuccessful due to session issue. We are still working on a permanent fix for this.
2nd transaction is due to host cannot read the input (092016(September 2016)): Length is not valid.
After a few test in SIT, found that host do not support alphabet for this field. Please check with the host team as should support alphanumeric values. (Refer to Update#2)

Further Findings:
1. RIB bill payment and add new bill allow 30 characters
2. BIB bill payment and add new bill allow 30 characters
Fix:
To allow 20 characters as per supported by HOST
