Kindly assist to checked on this issue; Customer did Favorite IBG transfer today but his transaction not captured on his agronet transaction history & IBAM. That transaction was succesful & already debited from his account.

Root Cause: DB deadlock
Solution: Manual insert record. Pending user id to complete the script.
