(MULTIPLE USERS COMPANY – SINAR )
When login, error message “Your Security Token is invalid. Please contact your Corporate Admin”
However when reconfirm in IBAM, token already assigned to the approver(approverSinar).
Hi Steph, Please assist and provider the root cause and resolution.

Root cause: Data issue for user table, the token not assigned for the user
Resolution: Change the token to assigned at IB_USER table
