Finding on 8/11/2016 :
1. The unsuccessful transaction in BIB LHDN Statutory Bodies Report Daily as Successful. No records under Consolidated Transaction IB Report Monthly.
2. Consolidated Transaction IB Report Monthly – request to generate for month of Sept.

solution : inner join with bib_transaction table with action status 4...
Consolidated Transaction IB Report Monthly Still Figure out the problems...

solution : fixing the date range issues
