Description
Duplicate email in list of email (Email Marketing Module) and unable to send email marketing.

Issue has been deployed in migration ID0018, TPMS version 47 on 25 November 2016. There is no test scenario since this only happen to production. Only required feedback from MATRADE whether the issue still happening or not.
Issue:
TPMS create duplicate email when send email using Email Marketing module. However, this only happen to production.
Cause:
TPMS create email address without checking database.
Solution:
TPMS check database first before creating email in Email Marketing.
Test scenario:
None. Requires MATRADE IT department to monitor the issue after migration.
