Description

bug

1) Remove Clear button at step 4/5(see doc)
2) Cannot have any special characters except for “.”” ”. But note from step 3/5 (It cannot contain any special characters, except for 'underscore'.)
3) CIF No(IB Access No ) - 1st character – alpha, followed by 6 digit. No special character
4) CIF No(IB Access No ) - put special character - got this message(CIF number cannot include special characters except underscore bar)
5) FTAC - put special character - Show this error - FTAC cannot include special characters except underscore bar
6) Username(Cannot have any special characters except for “.”” _”.) - put special character other than "." ,""

  1. CIF No(IB Access No ) - 1st character – alpha, followed by 6 digit. No special character
  2. username - Cannot have any special characters except for “.”” _”. but note from step 3/5 (It cannot contain any special characters, except for 'underscore'.)
  3. wrong password validation - Password is not a valid password. Password must be a mixture of special characters, numbers, upper and lower case alphabet characters.
    • At least one character and one numeric.
    • Upper and lower case and special character 8 to 12 characters
      1. Click on proceed to internet banking - got this page - You have been logged out - System is currently unavailable.
      2. stop after register username - try to first time login again using same CIF No- Reset Password Fail

  3. password - need to check note from step 3/5
  4. wrong password validation - Password is not a valid password. Password must be a mixture of special characters, numbers, upper and lower case alphabet characters.
  5. password validation is like this - At least one character and one numeric. can add Upper and lower case (sensitive case)and special character
  6. Click on proceed to internet banking - got this page - You have been logged out - System is currently unavailable.
  7. stop after register username - try to first time login again using same CIF No- Reset Password Fail

  1. Username - Enter Alphanumeric + full stop "." - got this error (Username cannot include special characters except underscore bar. ) . validation should be like this - username cannot include special characters except “.”” _”.(see Doc - login or first time login)

update new bug report

client side
1) Access Code-Enter "a111111" (1st character – alpha, followed by 6 digit. No special character)- got this error - Invalid Access Code - without go to server side

server site
1) Enter "a111111","2342sdf","@@222",,,,,Etc,- Access Code- (1st character – alpha, followed by 6 digit. No special character)- got this error - Invalid Access Code - still show same error

other error
1)change ";" to "." (Invalid Access Code;)

Delay testing
1) client site validation
2) Still cannot test - Customer only have 3 attempts to key in Access Code and FTAC

note** if Invalid Access Code is bug, please fix this. or else guide me.
