root/cause: Happen when no data.
solution: changing the header report

Hi Jeng Wei,
Tested,header ok, but the total amount/value incorrect.

Step to reproduce:
  1. Perform 1 eIBFT transaction.
  2. Generate report.

Actual Result:
Report show "Total Record : 2"

Expected Result:
Report show "Total Record : 1"

Kindly assist to check.

Hi akmal,

root/cause: sql join between table issues.
   solution  : sql join table with group by
   Please retest the report . Thanks a lot.

root/cause: duplicated data because view table without grouping.
solution: Updating view table with grouping data.
