Hi,
Kindly attend below request:

The "Session Expired" issue has reappeared again.

1) Instant Transfer
- The system was automatically log out soonest they click to confirm the transaction. Error prompted "You have left the browser more than 5 minutes ". Their account has been debited and there is neither SMS or email notification received neither and does not appear in KFH Online Transaction History
- Date happen : 27/11/2016 & 28/11/2016

2) i-Gold Accounts
- Customer having a problem to transfer gold to a third-party account section after purchasing gold online. The system was automatically logged out when he tried to click the transfer gold
- Date happen : 28/11/2016

Please assist with root-cause and resolve ASAP

Hi Shahrulnizam

For issue instant transfer, we found those affected transactions is not log into ib_receipt_details, ib_transaction_history and ib_ibft_transfer tables. 
We checked the log file, found the transaction is sent to powercard and return successfully. But there is no related error found for this issue, 
we cannot conclude what error is causing those data not able to log into database. Therefore, we suggest to add in some logging for debugging 
purpose to know the actual root cause for this issue. Please let me know whether we can add in the logging to production or not? If yes, 
we will provide the class files later.
