Kindly attend below request:
Please assist as we encountered the Apache Tomcat issue today at BVMC instance 7210 and "Servlet Exception" error when accessing some of the functions in Corus at instance 7210.
Whereas at instance 7410, it auto logout "Session Expired" after clicked on the function.

Based on my investigation, there are no logs between 00:00:00 to 15:49:00 on bv0 and bv2. I think the server is not started, therefore getting Servlet Exception.
