Kindly attend below request.
We are facing eibft transaction problem on 12012017 as below:
1. unsuccessful at ib but account debited
2. decline during bene inquiry
Based on EBS team, this issue related to HSM job that run multiple thread due to request from IB that send 'TO ACCOUNT NUMBER' less then 5 character.
As corrective action, IB need to validate minimum length for 'TO ACCOUNT NUMBER' to 5 character and max is 22 character.
