Hi,
Kindly attend below request:
User reported the eCustody user status in CAS system was 'Disabled' and in eCustody shown as 'Active'. Same user's status in CAS and eCustody was not sync.
Issue emailed penril support of eCustody. Please assist to check.

Issue:
User status is disabled in CAS, but when view details in eCustody Admin, the status still active.
Cause:
eCustody admin suppose to update the status to disabled but the code checking read the status from CAS wrongly and unable to update the status to disabled.
Solution:
Fix the code and send patch to client for testing.
- Access CAS and update a user status to DISABLED
- Access eCustody Admin
- Access Organization module
- Search for an organization
- Access the Organization Detail page via organization name link
- Access User Maintenance module
- Search for the with DISABLED status
- Access the User Detail page via user name link
- Check the user status
- Expected result, user status in CAS and eCustody should be in sync.
