Hi,
Kindly attend below request:
User complaining that they are having problem all day long performing IBG transaction thru KFH On-Line CMS application as follows:-
1. Numerous log-in and auto logged-out
2. Screen went blank
3. Transaction failed due to "Insufficient Fund" eventhough there is enough fund in the account.
Please investigate and revert

Root Cause:
Suspect there is a problem to retrieve available balance from phoenix side. But due to the aqualogic logging in DR is different with production, we are not able to see the available balance in log file.
Solution:
Need phoenix side to help check the available balance returned. Furthermore, DR need to enable debug log same as production. Already mention this to KFH IT.
