Kindly attend below request:
Customer having problem to approve their Bulk Payment in CMS under Approve Function.
Message occur "Error while performing your request" soonest click on particular transaction for approval.

Informed by KFH IT, customer able to approve the transaction on second time. But there is unsuccessful with "Insufficient Fund" showed. Therefore, this issue is same as [SCP ID :##3683##].
Root Cause:
Suspect there is a problem to retrieve available balance from phoenix side. But due to the aqualogic logging in DR is different with production, we are not able to see the available balance in log file.
Solution:
Need phoenix side to help check the available balance returned. Furthermore, DR need to enable debug log same as production. Already mention this to KFH IT.
