Hi Chee Ping
kindly assist:

There's 1 CIB SI failed to execute with reason provided Insufficient Fund eventhough there is enough fund in the account.

In addition, customer also encountered "Error while processing your request" page when accessing to his eSI listing page and "Session Expired" page when print receipt for this PAY NOW IBG trx just now.

Upon checking, We (IT) identified the account status is Closed and delete_indicator for the account has been set to 0 thus the SI for the account should not be executed.

Please assist to rectify and revert the root cause
