Pak Wahyu,

Please execute below select query:

1) select user_id, bene_acct_number from dbo.ib_ftt_accounts where telegraphic_type = 'TT' and transaction_service is null;
- To display the list of user id, to account number where transfer service has anomaly (null).

2) select transaction_date, user_id, details from dbo.ib_user_transaction_history where service_code = 'FTTTADD' and user_id in
(select user_id from dbo.ib_ftt_accounts where telegraphic_type = 'TT' and transaction_service is null);
- To display when above anomaly is inserted.
- Need to compare account number above  vs account number inserted inside details query and identify when was it inserted.

Goal: To identify when was the anomaly (empty transfer service) happened/inserted. Based on my notes, this issue fix shall be deployed already by 21st December 2016 for M2U.

Tommy,

Need to update the test script because step 3, 4, and 5 are missing.

- 1.      Do open skn trx until success.
- 2. Add as favourite until success,
- 3. Click manual registration fav for skn/rtgs
- 4. Select skn in step 1,
- 5. Missing parameter in step 2.
