Kindly Kindly attend below request.
Yesterday we have quarterly preventive maintenance for Internet Banking. All servers related have been restarted and successfully up & running. This morning we identified BIB KFHMB & BIB KFH Labuan are unable to access. No issue with IB consumer.
After restarted the instances, all the services back as normal.
Kindly help us to investigate the issue ASAP to prevent this issue happen again in the future.

Root Cause:
Based on the log files given, we found out that BIB and BIB labuan not able to access due to UPASS webservice started with error. IB consumer able to access due to IB consumer does not go through UPASS webservice, but calling
the UPASS API that included in IB consumer.
Solution:
After server restarted, open UPASS URL (Example: http://kfhib09:1158/WSUPass_STG/services/WS_UPass?wsdl) using browser. The URL stated here is just an example, UPASS URL in production will be different. If the
UPASS webservice is up without error, you should able to see the WSDL as below.

Hi Shahrulnizam You need to check the URL inside this file "\kfh_bib\WebContent\WEB-INF\classes\UPassClient.cfg".
