Refer to the ID : 3647 - eCustody User Status not sync with CAS. Email send to eCustody penril support for above issue. Please assist to check and revert.

to me, Penril, Poo, mbbcustodyHi Najmi,
I have relook on this issue, scenario happen
1. eCustody user try to login with their user id, system prompt ‘User id is Inactive’.
2. Admin user(eCustody) login to Custody Admin and find out that particular user id ‘s status is Active BUT in CAS shown as ‘Disabled’.
3. Then user will enable that particular user CAS in order user able to login.Understand that testing scenario provided below is for user perform manually from CAS to update user status of eCustody user and not advisable for Admin user(eCustody) update user status manually from CAS.
As know that CAS system have batch scheduler to update user status but not Custody admin(eCustody).Please assist to check whether any batch scheduler for Custody admin(eCustody) to update user status or not.
FYI, request raise for above checking.

Replied to customer that patch has been given in Request ID: #3647(Internal Tracking ID: Support #7102). Pending on customer to verify this case.
