Hi,
Kindly attend below request:
Customer inform cannot used her security token. Both token already assign.
When customer perform FTL, the error appear ‘Invalid OTP’
When guide to try active new security token, the error appear is “please proceed to complete FTL”
Already try to revoke & assign token, but problem still persist.

Dear Ilah, From the logs, we suspect token is faulty for bungajay69 (2308511101351), we suggest to assign new token to this user.
