Description
1. If User clicks Forgot Password, System will redirect to the Forgot Password screen
2. In the Forgot Password screen, the User will be prompted for the User Id of the password being reset. This should be a registered User of the System.
3. If the Username is valid, the System will send the password reset link to the email address
