Description
1. User logs into the Web Portal successfully
2. System checks that the password is expiring x days from current date
3. User will be prompted to change password
4. Change Password screen is displayed
5. User enters old password and new password
6. System checks the following
• Old password is not the same as the new password
• New password does not match previous 4 old passwords
• New password matches the minimum password requirement (password length, required characters, etc)
o Password must be minimum 7 characters in length
o Password must be alphanumeric
o Must contain at least one uppercase, one lowercase, one numeric, and one special character
o Password should not be the same as the User Id These minimum password requirements must be parameterized within the system and should only be updated by PayNet RPP.
7. If it passes the password validation, the new password will be saved and User will need to use the new password on the next logon.
