Kindly attend below request:
Recently, almost everyday we received complaint epay transaction not captured in IBAM. Please help to look into it and fix.

Cause: All issue cause by deadlock that happen when insert data to table IbUserPrintReceipt
Resolution: Recommend customer to decrease the days to be kept in database (less day setting in housekeeping app config) Current date is 2000 recommend to set to 400.
