Hi,
Kindly attend below request:

This customer unable to view transaction history. Every time she clicked transaction history option, the error shown "you have left the browser idle for more than 5 minutes.please login again"(As attached)

Already advised to clear cache, delete cookies & use other browser but the same error appeared.

Besides transaction history option, the system can be used as usual.
