Dear IT / PENRIL, Case ID : HD00010573 Pls assist to check ASAP on iPAY: Customer unable to perform ipay using their kfh online with msg "the selected bank does not recognise the specified..". The same bene account number tested at my ipay is working fine. Customer atm card no: 6394060100059646 6394060100111124 6394060100116925 My atm card which is successful : 6394060100006217 Attached is the screen shot showing the same bene account number used.

For transaction on 25/3/2011 10:48:05, found the response code was '-2' which is not in the list provided for IB.

It is Powercard Issue. Which return to IB as <p_benef_name>null</p_benef_name>. iPAY or IBFT Need the bene name. It is cannot be null. IF null the error of "the selected bank does not recognise the specified.." would display.
