Please attend this issue.
Customer unable to login into Approver account. She enter the correct username & password. The error appear “ Service currently unavailable. Please try again later” Approver account status : Active.

From our discussion, user never success to login.
User unable to login cause by wrong password or Security token, the error message regarding "service unavailable" it cause by Deadlock issue happens only at 5/2/18 11:09:51
Kindly ask CA to reset the password to re-sync the token to resolve this issue.
