As our conversation, customer retry to login within 15:12 PM, 15:13 PM , 15:14 PM and successfully login and initiate transaction at 15:30PM.
Unable to login issue cause by deadlock issue. As snapshot below.
In other email, we suggest the solution is to watch whether other agrobank staff is accessing database within time of deadlock.
