Kindly attend this case

Dear Penril;
Please help to check on the unsuccesful intra bulk transfer however customer account has been debited.
Kindly investigate and please note this issue is high severity.

We have prepared the logs at below path:

Below is the details:
Transaction date = 04/05/2018 @ 16:52
Approved date =  04/05/2018 @ 16:55
Batch id = 201805040000454389
From account no = 004141000079

Root Caused:
BIB
The bulk payment transaction is successfully save all the records into bulk payment execution table. But the transaction status is override to "Unsuccessful" when there is an unknown error happen after save all records into bulk payment execution table.
The unknown error does not log into log file.
Bulk Payment Engine
Just pickup the records from bulk payment execution table without cross check the transaction status in transaction history table. That is the reason why the bulk transactions still will execute even the transaction status is unsuccessful but the record had been insert into bulk payment execution table.

Solution:
BIB
Enhance the approver process to not override the transaction status to "Unsuccessful", if there is any unknown error happen.
Add in the logging of the unknown error into log file.

Bulk Payment Engine
Enhance bulk payment engine to cross check the transaction status in transaction history table. If the status not equal to "Accepted", will not execute the bulk transaction even the records is stored in the execution table.
