Description

1. Issue Description
System executed the request (create, edit and delete interstitial message) although there is error displayed after checker entered more than 255 characters at comment field

2. Expected Results
System should prompt error up front and do not proceed to execute the request

Finding/Resolution
Update Validation rules remarks cannot be more than 255 characters.
