Description
1. Issue Description
System executed the request (create, edit and delete documents) although there is error displayed after checker entered more than 255 characters at comment field
2. Expected Results
System should prompt error up front and do not proceed to execute the request
3. Risk / Impact
User Confusion
4. Steps To Reproduce
1. Login as maker04@admin.my
2. Go to Admin>Dashboard Template Management
3. 4. Perform 3 request - create new message, edit and delete template separately
5. Login as checker07@admin.my
6. Approve all the request with inserting comment more than 255 characters
7. Error message displayed
8. Upon further checking, all the new creation, edition and deletion successfully executed

Finding/Resolution
Update Validation rules remarks cannot be more than 255 characters.

Issue has been tested and successfully passed.
This issue is currently send for user testing.
