Kindly attend below request.
Name : KRISHNAMO***** A/L JAGANA**** Contact No: 0123316867 Account No: 006140002230 Error Msg: “The selected bank does not recognize the beneficiary account number” The above customer has complained on a failure to proceed with an Instant Transfer via KFH Online to MBB on 20 Aug-2018 (11.15am) However, he failed to proceed due to the above error message. Kindly do refer respective production logs on the following paths \\10.20.8.35\Internet Banking\IB_Issues_and_Logs\20082018_ib_logs Please investigate and revert with an root cause along with solution.Thanks

From our investigation. Instant transfer failed due response code 912 from power card.
