Description
Received a complaint from one particular customer informing that the TAC she received is invalid. Upon checking from DB in SMS_TABLE, she has been trying from 8/8/2018 - 16/08/2018 and there is no KFHOnline transaction made through as she encountered error of Invalid TAC and unable to proceed with the transaction. We have requesting the logs from Server admin for the most recent cases, i.e 15 - 16/08/2018. While waiting for the logs, anything that we can check from DB to know what is the issue? Please help to assist urgently. There are no interim solution for this issue. We already check and update patches. Please review it again.
