Kindly attend below request:

Customer unable to access into his personal KFH online since last friday 6.30PM until today.
Herewith attached the error prompt whenever he click on Account Enquiry and Funds Transfer page.

Root Cause:
User unable to view account list due to missing user data at ib_uaccess_credential table when user register internet banking.

Solution:
Required manual data patching on ib_uaccess_credential table for mobile number & RIM no.

1) Please update user information before execute sql below to patch user data. Please use user_id from BV_USER table to update sql statement

Schema: bvuserprd
insert into ib_uaccess_credential set(user_id,mobile_no,cust_ref_no) values ('userid','user_mobile_no','user_rim_no');

Issue closed in SCP.
