Please refer below for my comment and please test after deployment done tonight.
Audit Trail > Edit Admin Profile
Status - Pending +
1. Before State & After State not display Before State & After State in details
+Status - Approved
Finding : Before state and after state still log into database as log design method.
Resolution : Log into audit log table with new design details.
2. Reason value not display.
Finding : Reason shouldn't display in audit trail module. It only show in maker authorizer log.
