Description
Bug: Delete Category (FEESMAINTENANCE) that already pending approval > No error message display
Path: IBAM > Content > Fees MAintenance
Role: penrilmaker/Mss@dm1n
Step to Reproduce:
1. IBAM Maker perform to delete category
2. without approve, perform to delete the same category
Current Result:
No error message display
Expected Result:
Should display error message: Category is pending for approval

Finding : No error handle in jsp page.
Resolution : Add error handle in jsp page and deployed into SIT and UAT.
