1. To change Activity Name value from Update to Edit
2. To display organization name value instead of displaying the Organization code for Description: Edit Contact Person : Kemaruk Travel . Status = Approved
3. To remove redundant Activity : Update CDB Contact Person. Status = Successful
4. To remove successful status and remain Approved status.

2. Before State & After State value not display
