Kindly attend below request:
Today BIB & IBAM user experiencing system slowness when login to bib & do any bib activity in IBAM. based on log file we found error due to Lock request time out period exceeded.
Please check and revert the best solution. FYI, below task already implemented in production but still having issue.

There is no further locking issue for IBAM.
