Kindly attend below request:
Please help to investigate on one of the customer complaint of not receiving his TAC. I have checked from SMS_TABLE and TAC log and there is no record for the particular customer. Awaiting application log to investigate further.
Below are the details:
Txn Date Time = 27/04/2019 , 2.25 pm - 2.35 pm
Type of txn = FPX
Amount = RM100
Cust Phone No = 6xxxxx32719

Please do so to raise support to the FPX vendor to look into this issue.

RIB_FPX is an independent instant and the TAC request is initiated in the RIB_FPX instant, not in the IB Instant. We do not know how the RIB_FPX being coded on the TAC request. Please check in the RIB_FPX instant also the TAC request code for anything suspicious that can have a problem. Look at the error, may the FPX instant is not stable at that time due to Garbage Collector kicked off. If the problem persists, advise to restart the instant.
