Please help to check this issue. LHDN not able to process the payment due to opening & closing balance is not updated correctly.

Based on finding,
We found the LHDN record on the date 10/5/2019 is not in total balance table. This issue occurs because, 
the CASA is not trigger on the date 11/5/2019 where we retrieve transaction amount and balance from CASA response. 

To resolve this issue, we suggest to regenerate LHDN report manually. 
Before generate LHDN report, we need to make sure the total balance for date 10/5/2019 exist in total balance table. 
Therefore, we require IT team to run total-balance-daily-manual. bat file to 
store the record for 10/5/2019 in total balance table.  

Step to store missing total balance in total balance table:
1. Open StatutoryRegister cron job folder
2. Double click total-balance-daily-manual.bat 
3. Input date '10-05-2019'

Kindly, check the record for 10/5/2019 is inserted in total balance table. 
Run below query to retrieve list of total balance record 
select * from BIB_STATUTORY_TOTAL_BALANCE where ACCOUNT_NUMBER='1007021000065691'

Then, if the record is inserted. Kindly generate LHDN report.
Step to regenerate LHDN report
1. Open StatutoryReport cron job folder 
2. Open gen-lhdn-specific-date.bat in notepad
3. Change date to '2019-05-11' and save the changes
4. Double click bat file to regenerate LHDN report

As per conversion with kak Ilah, we have added more logger info when trigger Total-Balance-Calculator.jar. We add more logger info for us to find the actual problem if the same issue occurs again.
Please find the path from attaching URL. Kindly test at UAT.

The patch already deploys to production on 21 Jun 2019.

The same issue occurs for the report on 04/6/2019, we resolve it by regenerate LHDN report manually. We will monitor this again.
