Kindly attend below request:
The customer unable to register a KFH Online account.
“Session Expired” message prompted right after he click next button after keyed in the Security Question.
We have advised him to clear all the browsing history, cache & cookies, however, it still persists.
Kindly assist to check & revert the outcome soonest.
