We have received complaint from customers as below:
1) Unable perform transaction
As she click confirm button, system keep loading or error promp “this page can’t be displayed.”
Already tried clear cache & browsing history but still got same problem.
She had tried from yesterday.

2) Unable perform transaction
system keep loading until get error " you have been logged out"

3) Unable login
Customer unable to login her Agronet as error appear “Can’t reach the Page”
Already guide to clear cache & history, but still facing the same problem.

Issue cause by Load balancer.
Solution : Agro team repairing until today (27/08/2019) there is no update for load balancer to be up at production.
For now can close this issue.
