Description
Hi,
Kindly attend below request.
Please help to investigate on why OFI file during Windows 1 is rejected at Paynet on 19/7/2019.
From our current investigation, there is one transaction inside the OFI file is rejected due to the some information is too long and not following the specification by Paynet.
Further investigation revealed that the transaction is rejected because the receiver account's number is invalid, and at the same there is special character found at the customer's name.
We already provide the related logs to one of your teammate. Do not hesistate to request for logs/supporting file for your further investigation.

Root Cause: special character not transaction correctly when inserting into database. power of 1 was translated into weird reverse question mark.
Solution: get the latest IBG document from Paynet and relook into the requirement for special characters
