Hi,
Kindly attend below request:

The below customer having problem to access his CMS Account.

He had reset his password & secure pass no. but, when he tried to login error message prompted “Wrong Secure Pass Pin No.”

Kindly assist on this issue urgently as he need to make payment via CMS by today.

Finding
1) verify token method return=1 which mean invalid security token pin no.
2) Since token had been reassigned back to user, there is a possibility that token hardware malfunction.

Solution
1) Assign new token to user.
