Kindly attend below request:
As aware, Internet banking are facing issue on 30/11/2019. Kindly check and find what is the root cause and provide us fixes to avoid repeated issue.
1. AGRONet & AGRONetBIZ cannot access from external (currently use new tech refresh server set1)
2. AGRONet & AGRONetBIZ failed to login from internal (currently use new tech refresh server set2)
3. Webserver1 service hang (failed to stop) as advise agro kill the services
